About Us
Struggle Breeds Success Community Learning, also known as SBSCL, was a network established in 2017. SBSCL was created to improve the quality of life for the underprivileged population through education and workforce development training. SBSCL collaborates with donors, community members, and service providers to develop innovative programs that support organizational goals and foster a supportive learning network. SBSCL offers business services, expert career coaching and comprehensive trainings for formerly incarcerated individuals. SBSCL primary focus is to train and connect formerly incarcerated individuals with career focused pathways to success.
Mission
Our goal is to maintain a structured pre-employment skills training method that is effective in assisting formerly incarcerated individuals in meeting the demands of the workforce.
Vision
To provide SBSCL centers in areas where low-income communities requires the SBSCL methods of training, to create an efficient service delivery system that meets the needs of the client and employers to help reduce recidivism throughout communities.
